Welcome to the Girl Viking Academy. I officially created the Girl Viking beauty academy this year, but I have been training people for years because I love passing on my knowledge and helping people build their own amazing careers in beauty. All of my small group courses (that you can see below) have been carefully designed to give you the skills and confidence to go out there and smash it! No previous experience necessary.

After each course you will:

Be fully accredited (BAAS*) if you pass the evaluation which means you can apply for insurance so you can set up on your own!
Receive a certificate following your practical evaluation with discussion (part of the course, no tests!)
Receive a course manual
Receive business advice and top tips from insurance to advertising
Access help and support via a private page on GV's Facebook page and GV WhatsApp group
Post course advice (feedback on two of your beauty treatments carried out following training)

Nina
Classic Lashes Training
One day classic lashes course: 10am - 5pm
​
Cost: £185
​
This course covers prepping, the use of under eye patches, how to decide on length/curl of lash to use, how to pick up (tweezer) the lash correctly, how to dip (glue) each lash, how to apply and how to remove classic lashes and how to refill classic lashes.
​
There will be a practical assessment and discussions during the course. Please bring your own model who will need to be there from 2pm. We do supply practice heads for you to use but you will also need to bring in a model.
​
The cost also includes a starter classic lashes kit.
​
Please bring your own lunch, tea and coffee will be supplied.

Gel Nail Training
One day gel nail course: 10am - 5pm

Cost: £150
​
This course covers prepping, polishing, curing, preparing a workstation, anatomy of a nail and dissolving gels. As well as all the information you need to help you set up your own nail business.
​
There will be a practical assessment and discussions during the course. Please bring your own model who will need to be there from 2pm. You can also work on each other's hands so ensure you turn up with clean nails ready for gels!

Luxury Facial Training
One day luxury facial course: 10am - 5pm
​
Cost: £185
​
If you would like to receive a starter luxury facial kit that includes some amazing vegan friendly GV goodies, the cost will be and extra £30
​
This classic lash training course covers the anatomy and physiology of the skin, prepping, talks about products, how to steam, use hot towels, applying masks and facial scrubs and the environment of the room. The course also covers the massaging of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands which form an important part of a 90-minute luxury facial.
​
There will be a practical assessment and discussions during the course. Please bring your own model who will need to be there from 2pm.
​
Please bring your own lunch, tea and coffee will be supplied.
